When to introduce Wilkshire
This is the useful part of the page. You don't need to remember what we do . You need to recognise the situation where a client is stuck and you can't be the one to unstick them.
- They want certification but have no management system
- Their documentation is incomplete or doesn't match operations
- Internal audits haven't been completed
- Management review is missing or ineffective
- They need ISO, R2v3 or RIOS implementation
- They lack internal quality or compliance resource
- They need a transition assessment for a revised standard
- They need training or outsourced system maintenance
- They need help closing audit findings
- They need a fixed implementation roadmap and a realistic date
Who we work with
Four kinds of partner
What each of you needs from us is different, so it's worth being specific about the fit.
-
Certification bodies
A client you can't help
You can't consult for a facility you audit. It's a conflict of interest under every scheme. We're an independent outlet for clients who aren't audit-ready, with no risk to your impartiality.
-
Auditors & consultants
Overflow and coverage
Capacity when you're full, complementary expertise when a scope falls outside what you do, and geographic coverage where you don't operate.
-
Technical service providers
Coordinated support
Calibration, software, environmental, safety or data-security providers whose clients need the management system built around the service you supply.
-
Industry organizations
Member resources
Educational content, webinars and practical guidance for members working toward ISO, R2v3 or RIOS certification.
The question you're actually asking
Will you take our client?
Worth answering directly, because it's the reason most referrals don't happen.
No. Here's what that means concretely.
We work inside a defined consulting scope. The management system work you introduced us for. We don't pitch adjacent services to your client, and we don't position ourselves as a replacement for what you do.
If your client asks us about something that's your service, we point them back to you. If we think they need something neither of us offers, we say that too.
You'll get a straight answer on scope before we speak to them, and we'll tell you if we think the referral isn't a good fit, which happens, and saves everyone time.
Wilkshire Consulting provides consulting, implementation, training and internal-audit support. Certification audits and certification decisions are performed independently by the client's selected accredited certification body. We don't guarantee certification outcomes, and we don't represent that certification is easier through any particular provider. We have no preferred registrar and no exclusive arrangement with any of them.
Four steps, and none of them are onerous
There's no agreement to sign, no portal to log into and no minimum volume. An email is enough.
You make the introduction
A short email or the form below. Tell us what you know; we'll ask the rest.
We respond within one business day
Acknowledged to you, and the client contacted. You're copied unless you'd rather not be.
We assess the need
Certification status, timeline, scope and what support actually fits. Sometimes the answer is that they don't need us yet.
We work within our scope
Your independent role is preserved throughout. We stay in the lane you introduced us for.
What referred clients get
The work we'd actually do
Sold separately, so a referral can be narrow. Plenty of partners send us clients who only need an internal audit.

Start a partnership conversation
No agreement, no commitment. Tell us who you are and what you're seeing, and we'll tell you honestly whether there's a fit.
If you'd rather just send a client over, email info@wilkshireconsulting.com or call (248) 890-9283. A short introduction is enough.
Thanks — got it.

Questions
Common questions
Is there an agreement to sign?
No. No contract, no portal, no minimum volume. An email introducing a client is enough, and plenty of partnerships never become more formal than that.
We're a certification body. Can we refer clients to you at all?
Yes — that's exactly the separation the schemes require. You can't consult for a facility you audit, so referring one that isn't audit-ready to an independent consultant is the correct route. We have no preferred registrar and no exclusive arrangement with any of them, and never suggest a client use a particular registrar.
Do you have a preferred certification body?
Tell us what arrangement suits you and we'll have a straight conversation about it. What we won't do is anything that compromises a partner's impartiality — which for certification bodies means no fee arrangement at all.
Will you contact our client directly?
Yes, once you've introduced us, and you're copied unless you'd rather not be. We'll always confirm scope with you before we speak to them if that's how you'd prefer to work.
What if the client needs something you don't do?
We tell them, and we tell you. That includes situations where they need a different consultant — someone closer geographically, or with a specialism we don't have.
Can we co-author content or run a webinar together?
Yes. Educational content, webinars and member resources for industry organizations are all things we're happy to do. Select it on the form and tell us what you have in mind.
Next step
Got a client who isn't audit-ready?
Send a short email or use the form. We'll tell you within a business day whether there's a fit, including when there isn't.
