How the Referral Program Works

Make an Introduction

Submit a referral by connecting us via email or completing our referral form.

Making a referral is simple. You can: 1. Submit the referral form directly OR 2. Email an introduction connecting us - Let the business owner know we’ll be reaching out! We recommend letting your contact know you’re introducing us so they’re expecting our message. That warm introduction increases response rates significantly. You are not required to stay involved after the introduction unless you’d like too of course.

We Do the Work

Our team will reach out, qualify the opportunity, and guide the prospect through our discovery process.

We handle the process professionally and respectfully. After receiving your referral, we will: 1. Contact the business directly 2. Conduct a discovery conversation 3. Determine whether there is a mutual fit If it’s not the right fit, there is no obligation or pressure. We approach every introduction with professionalism and discretion. You will not be responsible for sales conversations or follow-up.

Get Rewarded

When your referral becomes a paying client, you receive a referral reward as our thank-you.

A deal has been signed! If your referral becomes a paying client, you will receive a referral reward once the first payment has been received. You will be notified when: 1. The engagement agreement is signed 2. The first payment is processed 3. Your reward is issued There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. Keep going! Reward details are confirmed once the referral is qualified.

Referral Rewards

  • Earn a referral reward for every business that successfully becomes a Wilkshire Consulting client 

  • NO LIMIT on number of referrals 

  • Rewards are issued 30 to 60 days after the first client payment is received

             

                          Referral reward is 10% of deal with a maximum reward of $1,500 per successful client referral.

 

Eligible standards may include, but are not limited to:

  • ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems

  • ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Systems

  • ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety

  • ISO 27001 – Information Security

  • ISO 13485 – Medical Devices

  • R2v3 – Responsible Recycling

  • RIOS - Recycling Industry Operational Standard

  • e‑Stewards

We work best with organizations that value clarity, execution, and measurable outcomes — especially teams looking for strategic direction or operational improvement.

You do NOT need to be a current Wilkshire Consulting client to participate!

Exclusions and Limitations

Referral reward/fees apply only to the initial contract or engagement. Renewals, expansions, or additional services are not commissionable.

 

If the referred client cancels, defaults, or receives a refund, any unearned portion of the referral fee may be withheld or recovered by Wilkshire Consulting.

Referrer is not entitled to referral fees for leads that do not result in a signed contract and payment.

Independent Contractor Relationship

 

Referrer acts as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Wilkshire Consulting.


Referrer has no authority to make representations, commitments, or enter into contracts on behalf of Wilkshire Consulting.

Terms & Conditions Consent*

Referral rewards apply only to new clients who are not already in active discussions or contracted with Wilkshire Consulting at the time of referral. All referrals are subject to review and qualification by Wilkshire Consulting. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a referral qualifies for a reward. Referral rewards are issued only after the referred business becomes a paying client and Wilkshire Consulting has received the initial payment for services rendered.

Submission of a referral does not guarantee that Wilkshire Consulting will enter into an engagement with the referred business. You confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have permission to share the referred party’s contact details. Wilkshire Consulting reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program or its terms at any time without prior notice.

Participation in the referral program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with Wilkshire Consulting.
